A Bukit Timah condominium apartment to be put up for sale is given a long-overdue rejuvenation in 4 short days. We take you through the transformation.
Living area - before
The original 2-bedroom unit is dim and dated-looking (does it always have to look this way before a revamp?). Creating an essence of calm and spaciousness in this apartment is hence a prerequisite, as is a need for it to be low-maintenance. Mirrors were utilized in certain areas to create the illusion of larger spaces while fabrics and furniture in neutral tones were chosen to create a timeless look with an Asian flair. Accessories such as the patterned sheer curtains and pebble washed wallpaper add texture and colors to the look.
The decorative light fittings are a highlight in this home. Especially in the dining area, where the overhanging Arco lamp adds a touch of modernity to the overall design.

wow this transformation is very amazing, great work.
Hi,
May I know what colour/shade is used for the living room wall (the wall behind the sofa). Is that paint or wall paper?
Hi, that's a wallpaper with a fine pebble-like texture in a sandy brown tone.
Hope that helps!:)
The transformation looks great! May I ask what is cost of this transformation?
The cost is about $20k.:)
I like the look of the house in the after pix. It's amazing to learn that all these are completed in just 4 days!!!
May I know the colour of the paint in the living room (not the wall paper)? Thanks!
