You've got to hand it to Sergio Santos. The out-of-work architect converted a small electrical room, which is approximately the size of a large walk-in closet, into his home in Delray Beach. The tiny space contains a suspended bed (which can be accessed by climbing up a flight of steps which double as display shelves), a fully functional office below the bed and a mini kitchen. And he even managed to squeeze out a 'terrace', a small seating corner by the window to enjoy quiet moments!

With this kind of talent, he'll find a job soon.
Wow, it's amazing how he can accommodate so many functions into the same room.
BRILLIANT!
Very clever!
