Junk is often seen as a negative word. In the eyes of Derek Diedricksen, everything and anything can turn out positive.
You see, Derek finds pleasure in creating playful micro-shelters out of scavenged materials and even self-published an instruction book on how to do that exactly. Stop by his backyard for a visit and you'll find that the man practices what he preaches in his book.
The tiny structures he built are very functional and charming, even if the look borders on the, ahem, humble end. But for a cost of less than $200, one can't possibly complain.
I'm not, for sure.
